Why did we build it?

Good documentation is important, but we've realized it's just one part of the solution. The real challenge is getting answers fast. Developers often spend too much time searching through pages or looking for specific information.

Since we launched AI chat within the product a year ago, we've noticed usage explode as the models improved and the answers become more accurate.

It has fundamentally changed the way people interact with documentation.

With this in mind, we decided to bring the functionality directly to the users.

What is the Widget?

The Widget allows you to embed AI chat functionality, trained directly from the content of your existing documentation.
