Introducing the Pro Plan

We are always thinking about ways we can grow with our customers. There is nothing more important to us than making sure our customers have the control to use our features only when it best suit their needs.

This was the core principle behind our decision to update our pricing plan.

What's changing?

We want to scale and support our customers as they grow.

Removing the Growth Plan

We are deprecating the Growth Plan.

The startup plan is now the pro plan and preview deployments and custom CSS + JS, which was previously on the growth plan, are now available as add-ons.

Decreasing AI chat overages

As LLMs become more affordable, we are lowering our costs as well. We are decreasing AI chat overages now to $0.15/response, down from $0.25/response.

Introducing Per-page pricing

We are introducing page-based pricing. The Hobby Plan will include 80 free pages whereas the Pro Plan will include 200 pages with +$1/mo for each page after.

This will not affect the majority of customers.

Why the change?

Customer feedback. We heard from several customers, particularly on the startup plan, that our current plans bundle essential features in ways that don't quite fit.

Many customers opted into our growth plan for only 1-2 features which put key tools and features beyond reach.

The Pro Plan is structured in a way that offers add on features like preview deployments, Custom JSS + CSS, chat responses, pages and additional customer support! You can see our updated pricing on our pricing page.

This way our customers get to spend money on what they need, when they need it.

What does the Pro Plan include?

The Pro Plan at $150/month includes all features from the Hobby Plan plus

What's the key difference between the Growth and Pro plan?

Flexibility. With the Pro Plan at $150 vs the Growth Plan at $450, customers now have the room, ability and flexibility to be able to opt in for additional features.

Simplified Overages. The new Pro Plan includes 100 AI chat responses and 200 pages. It's $0.15 for each extra chat response and $1 for each additional page. Think pick-n-mix-pricing, pay a fixed cost for table stakes features and get the choice and freedom to choose from a wide variety of features like expanded chat coverage, additional pages, etc.

How will our customers be impacted?

What a customer pays highly depends on their AI chat usage and page count. Every customer impacted will be receiving a personalized email which details how they are impacted.
