Quest Hunter is a mobile app that turns exploring your city into an exciting game. Complete location-based quests, capture photos at checkpoints, earn XP, and compete with other adventurers. Available on iOS, Android, and Web, Quest Hunter combines real-time data synchronization with gamification to create an engaging exploration experience.

Key features

Navigate to real-world locations using integrated maps with GPS coordinates. Each quest contains multiple checkpoints you’ll visit in sequence to complete the adventure.
Capture photos at each location to verify your visit. Photos are securely uploaded to Convex storage and linked to your progress, ensuring authentic quest completion.
Earn experience points (XP) for completing quests. Each quest awards different XP amounts based on difficulty level:
  • Easy (einfach): Quick quests for beginners
  • Medium (mittel): Moderate challenges
  • Hard (schwer): Advanced adventures for experienced hunters
Your progress syncs instantly across all devices using Convex’s real-time backend. Start a quest on your phone and continue on the web without missing a beat.

Explore recommended quests, discover new ones added in the last 7 days, or review your completed adventures.

Start your quest

Select a quest and begin your journey. The app tracks your progress automatically.

Visit locations

Navigate to each checkpoint using the integrated map showing GPS coordinates and location details.

Capture photos

Take a photo at each location to verify your visit. Photos are uploaded and stored securely.

Earn XP

Complete all locations to finish the quest and earn XP based on the difficulty level.
