Open Your Medical Records

Launch the Aria app and tap on Medical Records from the home screen

Browse by Date

Your timeline displays all records in reverse chronological order, with the most recent at the top

Tap to Expand

Click on any record to see complete details, including diagnosis, medications, dosages, and doctor’s notes

Download or Share

Use the share button to send records to other healthcare providers or download PDFs for your files

Uploading Medical Records

Digitize your paper records and old medical documents by uploading them to Aria. This creates a complete, centralized health history.
Supported Formats - Upload photos (JPEG, PNG), PDFs, and scanned documents. The app automatically optimizes and stores them securely.

How to Upload Documents

Navigate to Upload

In the Aria app, tap the + button or go to Medical Records > Upload Document

Choose Document Type

Select the type of document you’re uploading: Lab Report, Prescription, Imaging, or Other Medical Document

Take Photo or Select File

Either take a photo of the physical document or select an existing file from your device

Add Details

Enter the date of the record, doctor’s name, and any relevant notes to make it easier to find later

Upload and Save

Tap Upload to securely save the document to your medical timeline

Aria automatically organizes your medical records by date, but you can also search, filter, and categorize them for easy access.

Use the search function to instantly find specific records:
  • Search by doctor’s name to see all consultations with a specific physician
  • Search by condition or diagnosis to track treatment for a specific health issue
  • Search by medication name to find all prescriptions containing that drug
  • Search by date range to review your health during a specific period
